The hotel is wonderfully decorated with a modern touch, offering high-tech features in the rooms. While there were issues with some functionalities, the overall experience was still great. The staff provided fantastic service, especially Ricardo, Ivan, Diane, and Patricia. The location next to the river Peach is peaceful and ideal for relaxation.
The hotel is located outside the city center on the southern banks, next to the peaceful river Douro, offering lovely views and plenty of relaxing areas. The rooms are well-equipped, despite issues with temperature control and the door mechanism. The dining experience offers a nice set menu and continental buffet with eclectic British dishes. Overall, a serene location with great service and some room maintenance issues.
The hotel staff were friendly and professional, ensuring a pleasant stay with fantastic food and a great bartender. However, room maintenance issues affected the experience, including a faulty aircon and a problematic door. The location was wonderful, next to a peaceful river peach, though slightly impractical in configuration.
